But as described, everything needed was included with the purchase, less the battery! I was pleasantly surprised that once it was setup and tuned, it has a really GREAT sound to be a cheap guitar! The unit didn’t match the listing photo, lacked the promised power cord and manual, and had an old service card not shown in the ad. Shipping was delayed, and the seller made excuses when confronted. He buys the spectrometer which was carefully packed and then reports it's smashed to pieces and yet no box damage. Thanks to ebay's return system he sent it back and I thought "Huh... I mean maybe he's being honest and this one is just some sort of phenomenon of physics... It makes no sense to destroy it for no reason?" Then while harvesting the unit before it goes off to the trash I realized the expensive lamp power supply was missing. SmhHITACHI UV-VIS / U-1100 SPECTROMETER W/ MANUAL (Nr. 226500387007)
