Factory seal on the package was cut and one of the figures had some slight wear (purely cosmetic, so was most likely opened and handled previously), and original box had some exterior damage, which was pre-existing before shipping as the seller did package it extremely well. 5/5 for speed, 3/5 for not disclosing it was opened previously when listed as unopened.
