    Good if you're more interested in the author's life rather than recipes.

    I expected more recipes, bur a lot of the book contains Ansel's biography and stories from his life and about the recipes.

    Love Dominique!

    I love his recipes. I used to get the book from the library but now I don't have to. Recipes start off easy and get harder. Chocolate cookies are to die for. Cronuts are beyond delish! Christmas cereal is also very good and I make it to give away for the holidays! Enjoy!

    Autobiography and Cookbook in One

    A terrific book for getting into the mind of an extremely talented and creative pastry chef. The beginning chapters are his autobiography and source of inspiration for his goods. The second half are the recipes.
