    So received this phone it didn't work in Western Australia tried for days with iinet he kept saying it would. Gave up in the end. It cost me $326 AUD. I asked for a refund. First offer was eight dollars yes that's $ 8.00. I said no way so then he offered me $18.00 all the while crying poor " I didnt make any money on phone". so I told him I was contacting Ebay he said send it back he will check it for damage then give refund. You know what would have happened DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER EVER.

    Item advertised as open box but was heavily refurbished. The included s-pen was a fake. The seller tried to make it right by sending a real S-Pen, only to find out that the s pen slot on the phone was broken. Ended up returning it. It was incorrectly listed, this was a big waste of time and effort and stressful. There's no excuse for listing a refurbished incompletely repaired phone as open box. The seller was diligent in trying to make it better but it should never have been shipped.

    WOW factor on steroids with this phone!

    Although I am still getting accustomed to the phone, I am very favorably impressed with it. The size is good; picture quality is excellent and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the camera and the picture quality of the camera. I was also wowed by the long life of the battery. I believe I could use it for at least two days without charging it but so far I've charged it nightly. I may put it to the test over the next two or three days to let the battery completely discharge. I still have not taken advantage of all the features on the phone--nor have I found all the features. WAY more phone than I was accustomed to.

    Feature rich but selfie camera poor

    I replaced my beloved LG G5 with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE UW based on the reviews and the camera specs. I like the size of the phone which is basically the same width as my G5 but about 3/4 of an inch taller. Easy to hold and use. However, the display and camera I found to not be any better than my 4 year old G5 and in some instances not as good (selfie camera). Part of the problem may be one of expectations because I had read that AMOLED displays are superior to LCD IPS screens, I am not finding that to be the case in the S20 FE which has an AMOLED display. The FE display is not bad, it is just doesn't seem to be quite as good as my G5's LCD IPS screen as far as depth, color and clarity. The display in one thing but the selfie camera in another.     Great price point

    I normally don't buy the latest and greatest new phones as I'll usually buy a used phone for around$250. I'm switching from the S8+ and was about to buy the S10+ then decided to get the S20 FE. Decided to pay the difference and get the newest upgrade to the S20, which just saves me money in the long run. The featured cameras sealed the deal. So far I've experienced no problems and had a very easy time transferring content. I would definitely recommend this phone. I love Samsung phones.

    Overall decent phone, great service!

    2nd one we've purchased. The phone does show some wear on the outside, but it's a second hand phone so that's expected. It works well, and battery seems to hold up decently for now. It's a starter phone for a kiddo, so overall I think it's great and will function well for what we need! Fast shipping, and great tracking updates!

    Great bang for the buck!

    I was pleasantly surprised by this phone. I didn't realize that it pretty much has the same specs that the regular S20 series has (especially the processor). It takes great pictures and runs very fast. The display is crisp and clear. This has all the feel of a top-tier, flagship phone at less than half the price. It is definitely worth the investment, as you can never really go wrong with Samsung!
