    This book is a great resource for anyone who wants to know more about the alkaline diet. It explains what that is, how it helps your health, and has 150 very easy-to-follow recipes to get started. I take it to the grocery store with me so I can get what I need...there are even simple lists to follow.

    A Must Read for Healthier Ph Balance in the Body

    First of all, this book explains how the human body has a ph factor for optimal health. And then it goes on to tell you how you can correct any imbalances naturally with the foods we can eat. The book explains why this alkaline factor is so important in long term health and vitality. The recipes in the book include regular foods that we are probably eating anyway, but in the portions for the best balance and benefit. Personally, I have just started having problems with my urinary health this last year and the newest and updated information for this issue is to help the body to achieve a higher level of alkaline ph in the body. I am happy to report that since I have upped my alkaline intake, my bladder irritation has calmed down completely! For sure every person dealing with bladder ...
