The condition of ‘excellent’ was not at all accurate. The pictures did not include any of the soles (which I then saw were very worn when they arrived). I assumed the soles were in ‘excellent’ condition so did not ask for any pictures. She must be new to selling shoes and providing appropriate info for the buyer.
