I complained to the seller and it took many weeks to get a partial refund for the slightly worse drive than promised, making it worth the value. Since the drives are otherwise fine, clean, and well packaged, not leaving a negative review, but it's hard to say this is a positive experience given how long it took.

Contacted the seller with photos of the packaging and the seller had a second drive out the next day, no stress and no bs. Would absolutely buy from again with this level of service. Easy to write reviews when nothing goes wrong, but definitely earned the 5 star review when dealing with the random issue.
