This mean that there is a custom firmware installed that prevents you from accessing admin settings and to receive actual updates from HP | Poly even when factory reset. The device works otherwise and the appearance is in like new condition. But no management nor provision services. Also the manufacturers warranty has been expired since 2022. It a good value nevertheless.

Calibration is spot on, all four. Packaging was good with all meters separated by large cell bubblewrap and leads packed together and padded as requested.
