The price was very good. It looks brand new! The only problem was with USPS. They sent the package through their SYSTEM that made no common sense at all. We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. SAVED seller for future buys.

The sellers description was accurate and the shipping and packaging were excellent. The seller stood behind there return/refund policy and promptly refunded the full purchase price very quickly (within 2 hours). The only disappointment was that the BIOS was password protected and I am unable to access to check or make changes. This is a big deal to me since I work on PCs and make quite a few changes to hardware and like to check and tweak the settings. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and offered that I could return it if I was unhappy. The PC was purchased at a good price and so I will keep it.
