I requested a refund of the order due to the delete but after all I received, the pot looks pretty , i am happy with the pot, only thing is I a not sure if it is cured and ready for cooking. the owner communicated apologizing for the delete it is not the sender fault. we sent a message to make sure the charge us for the pot due to the amount was refunded to us .

It is EXACTLY as ordered and described - New and in excellent condition. Item was securely packaged with extra packing. I knew I had to "cure" this item before use (especially on a gas stove). I did it in the oven and it came out beautiful - ready for use. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly buy from seller again.

When I unwrapped the jarritos, they were clearly packaged with care, but half of them arrived broken. I contacted the seller, who was very responsive and quickly gave a partial refund for the items that didn't make it intact. I was so surprised at how bad item was broken. The seller resolved problem once proof pictures of breakage was given and then took care of the problem very fast, this was actually a good seller to me and took responsibility for the shipping issue.
