Good if your pet is calm in the back seats.
It didn't work very well for me, too much stretch in the construction style. But I'm trying to keep my suddenly blind Springer Spaniel out of the front seats on trips to the Vet, and he can pull the top of the net down with little effort. If your pet is better behaved it could be fine, the black color doesn't obscure the rear view mirror and it is well made.
