Good to minimize hair loss.
It helps minimize my hair loss, but it usually does not generate new hair. I'd say I have more baby hair growth once only. It is pricey but I don't want to loose more hair...... I noticed there are more hair in the shower after shampoo if I didn't use it for a couple of days. I think the effect is different, depending on your situation.

Grow more hair
Been using this for 3 years and this helps grow my hair albeit slowly. This product ships fast from japan and I use it in addition with Rogaine.
