I Ordered a part and they immediately contacted me asking for my chassis code, then checked and informed me I had ordered the wrong one. They communicated and were able to replace it with the right one and send it out. They are super polite and the package arrived early, it was well packaged and even came with a note and an oragami crane. I would definitely order from them again and recommend you to order from them aswell. Probably the best customer service I have had.
