I sent this company information about this also stating I was going to send the Jacket to a Charity shop as it was no good to me and leave negative feedback.The Manager waqim waqin doesn't really matter who he is , promised to send me out the correct item and apologised blaming new staff ( seems to be a running excuse read other feedback here) and it would be rectified .Im more than happy to post the conversation on here !
