Fast on its feet prefer previous hardware Keyboard and mouse
Looks as promoted, new in a open box. I had some minor issues setting it up , only because I did not know the keyboard has a power switch as does the cordless mouse. I prefer a mouse with cord, because I do not like that on desktop if you right click it does not give option for new folder the way my mouse with a cord does. I did not think it moved as smoothly as the mouse with a cord. You can still open a new folder on desktop you just have to open file at top of desktop.I just found it clumsy. Also my new Mac came with a real short keyboard. The numbers all at the top not the numbered keyboard also on left with my previous Mac. I have to use the top of keyboard for doing invoices, not as easy to use.I will be using my old keyboard and mouse . This computer handles all my tasks needed. Can run any game just need to tweak some settings. That display though it’s absolutely unbelievable. So happy with this purchase. Going to be using it for a long time to come. The storage is really small but have an external. But the trade off for that small hard drive is amazing speeds boots up and runs with out any issues. Programs open seemlesly and it will be my main computer for work play and browsing for many years to come.(PRO TIP: Highly recommend another monitor with not such high resolution to game. And if your using boot camp make sure to download some after market fan soft where since t2 chips inhibits fan use in drivers.

Easy setup, plug n' play, brilliant!
Personally, there's nothing like a great Mac computer. Been my bread and butter and beyond since 1992. Still have an early 2009 i-Mac in active duty, but not in home office/main use now. I absolutely had to update to even use the tools of my career, Adobe CC and Microsoft Office. This 2020 model 27" i-Mac is great, but will need memory, and would've liked a bigger capacity hard drive. Still, this was priced well on Ebay, as described, is really like new.
