    I messaged the seller after the item hadn’t been shipped out in 24 hours. They responded that this item takes 2-3 business days processing time but they shipped it out pretty quickly afterwards.     Folate better than Folic Acid you get what you pay for / Quality first

    I like Mega Food and Garden of Life vitamins and supplements. I believe they are top quality - no issues. All vitamins and supplements are not created equal. Not sure of the science that has not been clearly established, yet! CENTRUM is about selling lots of multi-vitamins your well being is low on their list - stock holders come first(profits) GSK. Buy a quality brand there is a number of them out there. FOLATE not Folic Acid. When they 'chinch' on quality ingredients you should have a pretty good idea of their intentions - profit.
