I contacted selller and they confirmed it was 1x500g only. I usedEbay 'return this item' and all went smoothly with Royal Mail collecting re-packed item and returning to seller. Excellent service from Royal Mail and seller issued a refund promptly less cost of post.

The seller has not explained why or apologised for not fulfilling the order. The parcel came insufficiently wrapped, so the paper wrapping was badly torn. Fortunately, the actual printer paper survived unscated. I would not recommend this seller to others
