The first problem was the seller not sending the item in an envelope, and what they sent it in there was no warning "do not bend". But I saw that it indeed was bent and when I opened up this lousy cheap packaging the signed photo had a serious crease, and wrinkles. The photo that I ordered is now totally worthless. Initially, the buyer refused to provide any photos of the alleged damage to the item, and only shared pictures after three separate requests. While the item does show minor creasing, it is unclear whether this occurred during shipping or was caused by the buyer.Additionally, the buyer demanded extra funds to be transferred directly to them before they would return the item, which is against eBay’s policies and not something I agreed
