- o***b (1959)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Vor über einem JahrBestätigter KaufAdvert is misleading, pictures give the impression it's USA made ad says delivery in 2-3 days from London (not India) item arrived in oiled paper but has rust on it, taught me to delve into the seller rather than thinking that the ad is true. Chuck will do for now but will no doubt have to get another in the future. Overall feeling let down but have learnt a lesson
- *****- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufThere was a problem with the delivery and ACTOOLSHOP immediately sent an e-mail asking why the delivery failed. The problem was that UPS wanted $49.00 to cover the tariff from India. I refused the package and ACTOOLSHOP immediately issued a refund. Excellent customer service I will most probably deal with them after this tariff foolishness ends. Don't understand, our President said the tariffs would not be paid by the U.S. customers!!

This is a product we would not use on a regular basis so it offered good value for money. Arrived in good condition but the packaging could have been more robust as box was split on arrival but the item had been very well wrapped inside so was un marked. The quality looks good but has not been used yet.

Contacted seller and he responded promptly but I had to wait several extra days and he did send the two pieces in the correct sizes. A bit of an issue, but he completed the order correctly in the end, so overall positive outcome
