I guess it was maybe some cleaning product. So the condition was like 8/10 I did upgrade my laptop from i3 to i7 for quite cheap so the value is great.

The packaging is a little different than I expected (not the usual plastic tray), but it is still more than adequate. As for cleanliness, there were no marks or residue to be seen. Given it is only about thirty US dollars, it is a great way to gain extra performance out of a laptop, albeit at the cost of heat (with some laptops, their cooling may struggle a little at full utilization if they aren't designed for it).
