My dogs walk 1.5 to 2 hours every day regardless of the weather. I was looking for a rain coat that would keep them dry. NOT! I understand that they would not come home totally dry but I expect them to be a bit dryer than without a coat. That is not so with these coats. Their backs were soaked. My dogs are Cocker Spaniels. I went for a XL which fit perfect.

After another week or so the item unexplainably arrived. Then discovered the dog vest did not fit our dog properly. I offered the seller to pay back the refunded money anyway. Seller wrote me back and said to "keep the dog vest and donate it to someone". AWESOME EBAY SELLER. Would not hesitate to buy again.
