This landmark game can truly push Xbox 360 graphics to the next level. Players control the game through an over the shoulder, third person perspective. This view allows you to fully appreciate the motion capture technology animating the vividly detailed character models and gives a great angle on all the action. You can control Lara with ease as she climbs, zip, ducks, and dodges her way through a variety of beautiful and dangerous environments. The flexible combat system allows you to take your time and let Lara Croft conquer your enemies through stealth and cunning, or to charge in guns blazing. With plenty of open, multi path locations, this game can be well suited to the multiplayer version of the action. Groups of survivors fight groups of scavengers in a variety of challenging modes and maps, with even more available through update and DLC. In games of Team Deathmatch, other players on the Microsoft Xbox 360 game network are split into teams of four. Each group vies for the most kills in a best of three scenario. Another mode, Private Rescue, finds the survivors in a desperate race to move medical supplies to a specific point on the map. The scavengers play to stop them and rack up kills. The third mode, Cry for Help, has survivors exploring the map in a search for the batteries their radios need as the scavengers attempt to defend them. With over 10 titles on a wide array of consoles, the Tomb Raider franchise is one of the most widely known console series successes in video games.     Tomb Raider like I never imagined

    It's dark, gorey, exciting, and more! Other tomb raiders that I've played Laura always seems to keep her cool and the game is more about the exploration and discovery. This Laura Croft is a young, inexperienced girl who had to find her will to survive. Other Lauras seem to handle the environments with a relative ease, whereas this Laura is punished by the environment at every turn. She's cold, shivering, dirty, scarred up, forced to adapt and adjust as she goes along, and has to survive against evil people who's reasons may be mirroring her own motives. I absolutely LOVE this game and I'm only at the 50% completion.

    Outstanding Game

    I already have Tomb Raider as part of my Xbox 360 (converted automatically to Xbox One). I am giving this game Tomb Raider: The Final Hours Edition to a friend for his birthday. I am sure he will like it. We both played the beginning Tomb Raider over 20 years ago, and we both loved it.

    Great game with excellent features

    The game is compelling with great graphics, and the story line keeps you interested all the way through. In addition, the side missions of exploring the caves is a great addition.

    Worth a playthrough

    Really good game. Voice acting isn't so good and story is just good enough to keep you interested, but the gameplay is excellent. Also not overly long so you don't get bored with repetition.

    Still a Great Game

    I started Tomb Raider on a borrowed copy, but liked it so much I wanted it for myself, worth every penny I paid for it.
