I wouldn't necessarily blame the seller because it must have just come this way. I do take the pops out of the boxes for my display case, and once I took it out of the box and realized the paint errors all over the head, it was too late, I could not return it after taking it out. Very disappointed in this pop. It may be the ugliest I've seen so far in terms of a messy paint job from the manufacturer.
