It's Jojoba, BUT......
Well, once you get past the carcinogenic additives or lack of them in your shampoo of choice, its all about smell. I was looking for a Jojoba shampoo, and it seems most of them have disappeared from the marketplace - fashion, I guess. And this stuff smells a lot like the candy of years ago that were called jujubes(?), in other words, its a sharp and not nice jojoba smell. Close, but no cigar. This might be a good value and good quality if you like it. I don't, and the smell reminds me of it every time I wash my hair. My recommendation if you want a jojoba shampoo is to try it, knowing that once you open the bottle, you cannot return it and you are stuck paying for something you do not like. I've not seen any jojo shampoos in any bricks and mortar stores so there is no sniffing the ... Excellent daily shampoo
Excellent shampoo for daily use. I have been using this specific shampoo for two years and will continue to do so in the future, together with its complementing conditioner. My hair is healthy, shiny and has volume. A great product!

Shampoo
was gift to relative who had cancer treatment ant hair loss. She loves the shampoo's feel to her hair and will wait and see if helps re-growth at all. she said worth a shot!!
