Cat 1 who is chipped can't get a collar on him. He is interested in the dish, if the dish would recognize his chip, it would work. Cat 2 got the collar on, hates the big chip hanging from it and is terrified of the feeder. He is afraid to go in the same room with it. Hopefully he'll get used to it in time. It's a gamble with a no return policy, cats are unpredictable. Might be a total loss of $149.00.
