It doesn't come with the silicone plugs that you'll need after you drill a hole into the cartridge. It would've been great if it was included. I'm willing to pay extra for the convenience of having everything I would need. I ended up buying it separately for $2.99 which included $1.99 for Shipp from Florida. The plugs itself were only 99cents for 30pcs. This is a great price for 450 envelopes! They come in packages of 50 envelopes in each package so they won't get "stale" as you use them. You can't go wrong with this purchase!
