There was a weather delay, and the whereabouts of the item was unknown, that happens. However, the item was shipped through UPS and UPS would not give me, the receiver and any information and said to contact the sender. Which I did. No response. Eventually, the item did arrive but that wasn't because they assisted me in any way. The only small qualm I have is that the white shipping box which contained the game was used to ship the item. This box was not the game box itself, but a shipping box specific to this game with “10th Anniversary” “Firefly”..etc on the box. I am giving this as a gift and believe this box could have been used as part of the game itself, as a collector piece. I had to carefully remove all the shipping labels, and clean scuffs. Otherwise 10/10
