I paid him for locks ,a total of 10 locks. He sent 5 not 10. The locks would not work because of the short shank also 4 of the locks had 2 keys each and 1 had only 1 key.I mailed these 5 back to him. I expected the seller to send me like I paid him for 10 locks with key alike and they never showed up, I ordered locks from another seller. He sent me back 6 and all of them have 2 keys! I already mailed him a check as he requested when he sent them back because the shackle was too short, even though that measurement was stated in the sale. It also took over 2 months for him to send back the locks! But I always want to make things right for my customers, so I still mailed the refund check!
