    • Too much hand holding!

With a "how to" book like this, there should be a good mix between actionable content and inspirational content. It's not enough to just give instruction, but it's important to explain the mindset behind it. It seems this book is aimed at lower-middle class individuals that want to escape the rat race but have no means to do so. If you've got some kind of marketable skill or can work independently, this book may not be as helpful as if you were starting from day one.

    • Good book that inspires "lifestyle design".

I am loving this book. Some of the concepts and mindsets are a lot to swallow. However, it has been very motivating to get me going on my life goals. I have also implemented some of the ideas from this book that are meant to free up time in you life and they seem to be working. I am looking forward to the rest of the book and also to implementing many more concepts.

    • Perfect Passive Income Blueprint

This book by Anthony Ferris is a streamline guide on developing a financial strategy capable of turning your 9-5 into 4hours a week while making exceptionally more income. The processes described can be altered to fit any industry. Packed with little facts, tips, and web sight recommendations, this book will stay relevant in the modern market for many years to come. I recommend people read this a few times, and definitely take your own notes, there’s a lot in here. I will continue to study this book, and am sure I’ll refer back to it.
