    I messaged the seller after the item hadn’t been shipped out in 24 hours. They responded that this item takes 2-3 business days processing time but they shipped it out pretty quickly afterwards.     Very good purchase

    I knew it was a new but open box product. I expected there to be a seal on the jar once I opened the lid but there was not. The first use of the balm was excellent. I couldn't smell much from the jar but once I put it on my beard I could smell a very pleasant scent. This is a great purchase.

    Great balm

    This is a really nice balm, its between the old balm and waxes that were available, not like todays bas that are thin like the old butters. Gives a very good hold and really doesnt have a noticable scent so good for everyone. Plus you get twice as much for the same price as most others, its a winner in my book.

    it is a good deal and seems like the quality is ok . i just think its more like beard wax than beard balm. also left my beard feeling greasy. great scent.
