Delivery was via Fast Horse Couriers who texted from an unsecured location that blocked any reply I got another text that a courier was on site but could not contact me (number was on parcel) I got a cryptic call from a landline in NSW from someone who knew my name but only mumbled something when I asked where they were calling from. The parcel got left in the local post office, on a shelf near the door that anyone could have taken and without notifying post office staff.

The seller was very understanding, highly prompt in shipping, responses and very cooperative. I am sorry that he had to incur a loss in the process of shipping and handling for nothing. The printer is printing like new again. Excellent quality. I would rather get quality used over a questionable new from China.
