I love these vitamin pills!!
I use these for my acne and they have helped me a lot!! I've seen a big difference on oil production..My skin now produces far less oil then before! I also had a lot of problems with constipation and I am now able to use the restroom normal since Ive been taking these,so I know they are doing an awesome job at clearing out my system!! I have much more energy and feel great overall while these pills are working at clearing my acne!! It took more than a few weeks to see huge results but stick to them and you will start to see the difference around your second bottle of Pantothenic acid 500mg vitamin pills!! I take a super dose though of up to 15 pills a day,7 in the am and 8 in the pm!!Don't worry about super dosing they are safe because these pills are water soluble you just pee a whole lot ... A cure for acne for ages 40 +
I have tried everything under the sun, and have had acne all of my life with nothing working for me. It wasn't until I was in my late 40's that I heard about P.A., or B 5. There have been numerous studies on this for acne, and all have basically said the same thing..there are no harmful side effects, and that this can be taken forever if that's your choosing. The recommended dosage is to start high at 12 grams a day (that's what most of the studies suggested) and then start tapering off to a lower dose when you see signs of your skin clearing. Once you get a feel of what dosage works for you, remain at that dose daily until your acne goes away, and then you can take a minimal dose to keep it at bay : )I have tried everything under the sun, and have had acne all of my life with nothing working for me. Clearing acne??
I have been using this for 6 days. I bought these because I have heard they can help clear acne. I take the recommend dose which is 2 a day. I have alot of closed comedones or subclinical acne. It seems that they are going away. My face looks 10x better than it did before I start taking them but I also changed my facial regimen as well and have added turmeric mask to help my acne and fade hyperpigmentation. I have one small cystic people from a few days ago when i applied my make up twice (once in the morning then again at night) I'm sure that aggravated my skin and I don't usually do that but I had to be somewhere and I hate my hyperpigmentation.
