The delivery service dropped off the machine yesterday but would not bring it into the house. They wouldn't even bring it inside our garage. The delivery person was not only adamant, but unfriendly about it saying it was an outside drop off only. As it started to rain, my wife and I had to seek our neighbor's help to simply get the machine inside our garage. We spent a lot of money. Leaving it outside for us to deal with, UNFAIR.

Just a bunch of bulbs bunched up in bubble wrap & shipped in a bubble envelope. I must say it again: Light bulbs in bubble envelopes, folks. Will most likely avoid for the rest of my refurbishing needs..........again: YIKES! Kits are not a bunch of bulbs bunched up in bubble wrapping.. lol If you mutilated the packaging, perhaps. lol. Color Bulb Placement Charts are emailed over and in your Ebay messages. Please look and print if need..and of course, if any issue, please contact us. Which would be beneficial instead of just leaving feedback... lol...
