Still no reply. Alot of money to waste! If you are looking for soft and silky hair, Bobbi Boss makes another product called "NATURAL YAKI". We understand the confusion, as these products look very similar to each other if you look at their packaging. However, if you check the product description in our eBay listing, you can see that "Thick Natural Texture" is the first quality we mentioned there, as that's how it's supposed to be.
