Nice Book!
This is a very nice spiral bound book and so easy to read. Calls for ingredients you would most likely have on hand. Tells how to care for your cast iron dutch oven or skillet. Clearly illustrates which pot or pan should be used in the oven or outside on the grill or campfire. Lots of great recipes! Bought this as an extra little gift to give with a 12" cast iron skillet. Glad I did......it was worth it!

Great book. Great recipes. No pictures. Highly recommended. The spiral binding is a plus.

Not a whole lot of variety.
Not a whole lot of variety. It does have the novelty of cooking directions for both inside the house or outside on a fire. I didn't realize the inside & out meant inside and outside of the house. Maybe if it concentrated on one or the other and included more recipes I would have liked it more.
