That doesn't matter these chains have more teeth than originals so they will cut quicker. I can also change a chain in a couple of minutes vs a half hour of sharpening teeth and flattening rakers. If you want a chain that will last you a while and like to sharpen them buy something else. If your like me and just want to finish the job buy these.
