    garage opener carriage trolley assembly

    the part came as a kit in a factory sealed box with all the parts you need . it was to easy install after removing the old warn trolley assembly . the only catch was the bends in the new part were very tight and the trolley would bind on the T steel it rode on. I finally took it off the rail and with a small chisel and with hammer I tapped it on the end to open up the bend about 1/32 inch that fits it around the rail . Now it fits perfectly and works great. So I am happy all work greats!!. I tend to think that was the problem with the original part also as it was worn out and cracked on the sides of the trolley which could only be caused by to tight of a fit riding on the t-shaped rail.

    best garage door trolley I ever seen

    e mail asked if I like my new garage door belt trolley,, My response is OF COURSE !! my garage door wouldn't open until I got this and installed it. It is an EXACT replacement , identical with the original . and was real easy to install. I certainly recommend this for anyone who has a worn out garage door trolley and a little bit of mechanical aptitude

    Trolley

    Its an exact replacement part. I discovered my old trolley was wore out after I inspected my 12 year old door opener track. The old part was simple to change out for the new one. I completed the swap in less than 20 minutes and now my door works like new.

    Great replacement part. Exact fit.

    Seems as good as the original. My old one wore out due to lack of lubrication on the T-bar. I was able to re-use all the attachment parts from the original trolley, but it was nice that all of these were included in this kit.
