The reason I’m leaving a neutral review is because it was not the seller’s fault but shipping, I was able to get it repaired (the mainboard had shifted and the lamp door switch was torn off the board, a complete tear down, repair and soldering later and it works although the switch had to be bypassed. I do think it could have been slightly better packed, but again not the seller’s fault, shipping abused it

I have received same item that was showing in ad. Only Item tracking was quite slow, not being real time updated. Item tracking was showing my item is on the way even it was received here. Courier service need to be well managed & update to provide real time tracking for customers. Delivery was so fast, i have got my item within 20 days from purchase,with safely packed item. Well done & keep it up.

They both came in the same box with excellent wrapping. This was my first time ordering thru Ebay and I have been very pleased with the experience. I had been looking for a pair of projectors but the ones I was looking at were in the $300-$400 apiece! Imagine my surprise when I was able to locate these NEC projectors for $125 apiece. They are just what I needed.

However, the seller was gracious about returning it.  I am confident that my refund will come after the seller rechecks the product for any possible shipping damage. Warning to buyers of used projectors: don’t go by the picture for the size!
