CP1 leak fix
Great value kit to repair what is potentially a very expensive part to replace. Keep everything super clean and be methodical. Be aware and keep the cylinder heads square to the pump body when refitting as it's easy to slightly nip the fuel gallery rubber seals and they WILL leak. I learned this the hard way and found lubricating these seals with clean diesel helped. This kit does the job and the savings make it well worthwhile 👍Great value kit to repair what is potentially a very expensive part to replace. Keep everything super clean and be methodical. You reap what you sow!!!
Bought these seals to solve a fuel pump leak which showed its head by tossing the fan belt. Kit came with both types of o-rings so you're covered either way. Even Bosch couldn't guarantee the right parts with their own part numbers. Hence why I went with X8R. The instructional video was easy to follow. I made the job harder than it was but if you keep everything clean and are careful with bolting the pump heads on then you'll be golden. Hardest part of the job was removing the pump and reinstalling it on the vehicle. Despite only being 4 bolts and 3 fuel lines getting access to those 7 items was a bitch. Once back on, no priming was needed. Buttoned her up turned the key and 10 seconds later she was running with no leaks. Make sure you have plenty of blue roll, a sheet of wet and dry ... Good quality seals
Bought this seal kit for my leaking Bosch pump, very easy to fit, watched the instruction fitting video, found it really easy to follow, seals are very good quality did the trick, pump runs lovely and no leaks. Top work. Just make sure your work area is clean, high pressure pumps and grit don’t mix!

Quality Repair Kit from Professionals
Had diesel dripping from the cover joint on one of the chambers on a Bosch CP1 type pump. Removed the pump. Swapped out all the seals for the relevant (leaking) chamber. Refitted the pump & ran the engine - no more leaks! X8R provide a good quality comprehensive service kit at a very good value price. For further assistance, X8R provide an excellent YouTube video of a pump strip down & rebuild.Had diesel dripping from the cover joint on one of the chambers on a Bosch CP1 type pump. Bought this kit as had leak from one of the chambers on my Vauxhall Combo 1.3cdti diesel pump, the video provided in ad by seller was very good,, this repair took me about 45 minutes after getting pump of, replaced pump not leak so far, have done about 100 mile, so far so good, its also very easy kit to us, thanks
