This thin wire diameter of 1.79mm has a maximum capacity of only 15 Amps when used with 12 Volts DC. However the red wire outer insulation diameter is the same as a 12 AWG wire which is misleading and deceptive. If you actually need the 20 Amp capacity of a 12 AWG wire, you would need to purchase a fuse holder with a 10ga wire from this seller.
