When I asked seller for a refund due to the unexpected condition of my purchase, the seller responded, “no sorry.” Well, I’m sorry that I purchased from this seller. You should strongly consider avoiding this seller, as well.

You can’t even push or pull the switches on/off as described. I placed the order on 4/4/25; asked for a tracking number on the 4/7/25; I never received any information until the 8th…the package was delivered on 4/10. After sending the seller a message stating the switches are junk. The seller sends me a message telling me there is a bit of a learning curve and some of the switches are loose in the package.
