To me, they are so much better than any other, I stopped even looking at other brands or types. I play so hard that I even pull a locking nut out of tune & a locking bridge out of intonation. My only complaint about this item is it's packaging. I like to collect signature strings of my favorite musicians and display them. The package comes in a non-resealable baggie. I wanted to get the guitar pick out of it to put in front of package window to display. So I had to slit the back to get to it damaging the baggie.
