Advertises that they except returns, but won't help with return. Won't offer restitution. Tried eBay for help and they were no better because you can't get through to human. Tried posting picture of defective product into the "place photo here" in return but it would NOT accept it. Nearly $20 and two hours wasted. BUT I can post the photo here. Hum? BUYER BEWARE.
