The PCBs with fresh RCA connectors make a noticeable difference in the 1200 mkII turntables. I have now installed these in a total of eight tables, and I will never go back to terminating my own RCAs for the 1200s. I was a bit nervous at the thought of taking the 1200s apart to replace the RCA PBC board but it was not difficult at all. The instructions they provided were straightforward and easy to follow. If you have ever soldered before you should be fine with this. The sound is great after the replacement and no humming sounds with the ground wire removal.
