Basic and decent
Hand soldered with variable quality control. The fuses are bigger then the traces, meaning the board will fry before the fuse blows... Easy to fix with some more soldering on the back around the FETs. The 14S version uses only 6 FETs, not the pictured 8, and does not use the last balancing trace on the board, but otherwise they seem identical. Uses 032N06N3 "OptiMOS" from infineon. I'm sure the board could use a heatsink when appraching 40 Ampere, and I plan on mounting my own at the FET screws. This is a great item. Easy to install with the wiring diagram that comes with it. It's rated at 40A and its all in all great Battery Management System. This battery charger Short circuited in under a year. £60 wasted
