Contacted the supplier and was offered refund but I have to pay for the return postage costs. The hat was not deep enough to stay on the head. Make sure you you take this into account when purchasing. Hat was nice but have gave neutral feedback due to the fact that it is not fit for the purpose I purchased. I am disabled and therefore find it difficult to get to post office for returns.
