This game then uses the information to create a personalized workout plan catered to your fitness level. When you are completing the exercises, Nike+ Kinect Training for the Microsoft Xbox 360 offers real-time feedback so that you can correct your movements, check your form, and adjust your pace to the appropriate level of exertion for your abilities. While you are completing a workout, a virtual trainer monitors your progress. The trainer offers tips about your movement and form so that you get the most from your workout. It is important to test your fitness at regular intervals to see what kind of progress you are making towards achieving a higher level of fitness.
