    Easy setup, very accurate, relatively inexpensive.

    This product is easy to set up and is very accurate. Display is easy to read and has several options as far as how much time; hour, day, week, month, or year, the rainfall total represents. Gauge is not damaged by freezing, but may have to be cleaned periodically if leaves or other debris fall into it. Cons include relatively short battery life for the sensor. The sensor is very lightweight and can blow over if not secured, or tipped over if attacked by devil squirrels. Requires 4 AA batteries, not included. In addition, this purchase is for a replacement. My original rain gauge started losing connectivity with the base unit after a little more than a year, even though they were only about 20' apart through a patio door and in spite of new batteries.     Rain Gauge

    The digital rain gauge works as advertised. I have only two minor issues with it. Firstly, the indoor unit won’t stand by itself. It either has to be wall mounted or leaned against something. Secondly, I have a nice La Crosse weather station. The unit I just purchased was to replace the failed rain gauge portion of the weather station. It’s a shame the transmitter is not compatible with the weather station and I now have a stand alone unit for rainfall. I do, however, recommend the product.

    Large numerals. easy reading

    This is a replacement for the WS2010-16 rain gauge. This unit is OK for a stand alone gauge, However, I regret the passing of the La Crosse WS2010 System.

    Easy to install...Accurate in readings.

    Works perfectly. However, the enclosed strip sheet instructions leave a lot of questions unanswered. Had to go to the La Crosse website and call up the full instructions. A full ten pages of an operational guide, which I printed out...Much more informational to use.

    Easy to set up.

    Works well and love the way you can set it for 7 day reading one day reading month reading. Can’t go wrong with this. I’m buying a couple more for a friend or two. 👍
