Reliable and easy to use.
I've been using albuterol for mild asthma, so I was naturally dubious about this thing working. But after reading nearly a hundred different reviews, I decided, what the heck, let's give it try and see. Well, after one inhalation, it certainly relieves the congested feeling in my chest, which makes sense, because it contains epinephrine. Which has also been used historically to relieve symptoms of asthma, allergic reactions and to prevent anaphylactic shock. So, overall, if you're in a pinch and you need something to help with mild asthma, this works well. Primatene Mist oral inhaler
These do work, although I did prefer the pre 2012 Primatene Mist inhalers because they worked better. But they were discontinued of course, because of the harmful ozone ingredient. These new Primatene Mist inhalers work fine for me, I have had mild asthma since I was young. Though I have to use more puffs than I should have to, they get used up quicker and then I have to buy another. The nice thing is that these can be purchased without a prescription. I just wish they worked as good as the old ones did. These are also more expensive than the originals...but so is everything else. My old friend came back
I just recently found out Primatene is back and got so excited that I ordered 3 inhalers.This is the second time I ordered multiple inhalers from ebay. I still have some of my last order but I don't want to risk running out or that my good old friend will leave again. They are less expensive here than in drug stores or even other mail order online stores. I like the new formula. It doesn't make me as jittery as the old formula and still works well for me. They do have the familiar weird taste but I like it and it sometimes makes my throat feel scratchy for a short time but it's not too bad and goes away after drinking water. I hope they come down in price as supply/demand really takes off. I have Copd and have several prescribed inhalers that don't really work as well. In these times ... I just recently found out Primatene is back and got so excited that I ordered 3 inhalers.This is the second time I ordered multiple inhalers from ebay. The only thing I would recommend is that refill canisters come back so they can be purchased at a lower price.

I have seasonal borderline asthma, which causes problems expelling my breath completely. I take Loratadine and Flonase daily and on occasion Primatene Mist at bedtime. I have been prescribed albuterol which does not work for me so I do not take that anymore The Primatene works by relaxing bronchial spasms so I can breathe easily without coughing to expel my breath. The Primatene allows me to fall asleep faster because I have relaxed breathing. However, Primatene Mist can make you momentarily feel a little hyper: I would rather feel a little hyper than like a fish out of water. Bottomline: Primatene Mist is a win win for me.
