Great docking system!
I have had other docking system but this one is the best. Super easy to set up and install, great sound quality and the remote works really well. I would buy again in a minute if I ever needed another one. I can tell this is built to last so I'm looking forward to using this for years to come. "Great Dock"
Like the style and design I can switch between my iPod classic and iPhone 4s,using de adapters. The remote control it's easy to use and both devices respond with it. Another Great Apple Universal Dock!!!
This is my fifth one for streaming tunes around the house on different kits from a variety of 30 pin and lightning iDevices old and new (optional 30 pin to lightning still available from Apple.) It’s the only way to listen to music without battery worries. A must have for those streaming from Apple devices. Why Apple discontinued this $69.99 product years ago makes no sense to me. New lightning adaptor does not offer convenient remote either. This is a no brainer purchase. I use them EVERY DAY!! If you snooze, you lose. When they are gone, it’s forever. Seller is terrific. Hidden treasures
I recently digressed to using an iPod classic for my music preferences. I could go into all my reasons for doing so but I don't want to bore you. Lets just say I always wanted one but couldn't afford Apple's premium price tag. Now they very inexpensive and they still sound great. (Not as good as vinyl mind you.) So this is the perfect accessory for the iPod Classic. Charge, sync and that extra audio jack runs straight to my home stereo. This particular unit came with all the accessories in the original box and the dock was still wrapped in the original plastic. Never used! My little treasure that will get me through the lockdown.

Too bad they stopped making them !
These are great remote control / docking stations for I-pods. I already have one in my house, I purchased this for my garage. They keep your I-pod charged and the remote control works very well and has pretty good range. Works as it should
I am using this to connect a 5th generation ipod to a vintage (80s) Pioneer receiver. It replaces a Pyle dock of similar design. The Apple dock and remote are high quality and the remote allows you to control all functions of the ipod, such as play/pause, ff, rwd and even volume. The buttons are rubber and work well. Just what we wanted.
This was just what I wanted for our living room. Our non remote dock was in the dining room and if we needed to change the volume or change a song we would have to get up and manually change it.
